Appointments are private, personalized, and directed toward your needs and goals.  Our program is successful and flexible, but weight loss involves effort, new approaches, and commitment.  The goal of the program is to affect life-long change - with or without medication assistance

Ready to schedule? You can book your appointment right here on the website. There's a $25 deposit to secure your initial appointment, which will be applied to your appointment fees. The remaining balance is due at your first in-clinic visit. The deposit helps cover the costs of supplies, clinical time, and any necessary medications for your appointment.

Just so you know, we're not a boutique spa, subscription service, or anything like that. We're focused on results-driven, clinical weight loss care, using medication when appropriate to help you regain nutritional balance.

To kick off your program, we'll start with an in-person appointment to discuss your health and goals. After that, you can choose between in-person or telehealth visits for ongoing support.

I encourage you to keep me updated on any questions, side effects, or successes you experience. Each week, you'll track your weight, medication effects, and any side effects using a convenient online link.

Our 8-week HEALTHY START program is designed to help you reach your goals. If you're already a patient at Family Medical Center, the program fee is $300. If you're new to us, it's $350 for the additional administrative costs.

Just a heads-up that medical weight loss programs like ours aren't typically covered by insurance. Because of this, our private weight loss counseling and prescription program (including HEALTHY START and any follow-up) is billed separately from your regular healthcare visits at Family Medical Center of Seguin.

After you complete the initial 8-week HEALTHY START program, we offer ongoing support through our Stay Healthy program. You can find details about the fees for this continued care separately.

The HEALTHY START program fee includes your first 10 injections. These can be administered here at the clinic, or you can choose to do them yourself at home. Please note that the cost of any ongoing prescriptions after these initial 10 injections is separate from both the HEALTHY START and Stay Healthy programs. Prescriptions are conveniently sent to a local compounding pharmacy for you to pick up.
